          Anna Martinez Boling is a graduate of Texas State University, cum laude, and St. Mary's University School of law. She has been practicing law since 1995. Ms. Boling is a former Assistant District Attorney in El Paso County, Texas, a former Judge of the County Court at Law No. 1 of Hays County, Texas, and is an experienced, Trained Mediator. Ms. Boling is the founder of The Boling Law Firm, PLLC and practiced family law from 1995-2022. She has been mediating family law cases since 2003. Ms. Boling can mediate in Spanish (Tex-Mex) or English. Her hourly rate is $275.00/hr, with a minimum half-day cost of $1,100.00 for 4-hours, split between the parties.

          All mediations will be performed via Zoom unless otherwise arranged with Ms. Boling. To schedule a Zoom Mediation with Ms. Boling, please email the requested date, time, case styling, cause number, and judicial district to info@bolinglawfirm.com. Ms. Boling or her staff will send a confirmation email as soon as possible after receipt of the mediation request email.

          Effective February 23, 2023, any mediation cancelled with less than five (5) business days' notice will be charged a cancellation fee: $100.00/party for half-day; $175.00/party for a full day. Payment for mediation and cancellation fees may be made by clicking the "Make Payment" tab.
