Janell L. Sproles is a graduate of Texas State University, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Public Administration and minor in Business Administration.  Ms. Sproles received her Paralegal Studies Certificate in December 2011, and is also a trained mediator. Ms. Sproles was also a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society 2009-2010 and has been a paralegal with The Boling Law Firm, PLLC since 2011.

Anna Martinez Boling is a graduate of Texas State University, cum laude, and St. Mary's University School of Law.  She has been practicing law since 1994.  Ms. Boling is a former Assistant District Attorney in El Paso County, Texas, a former Judge of the County Court at Law No. 1 of Hays County, Texas and is an experienced Trained Mediator.  Ms. Boling has practiced Family Law and Estate Planning for many years, and is founder of The Boling Law Firm, PLLC.
