Mark E. Boling is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and has an Electrical Engineering degree.  Mark is Anna Boling's husband and the former Director of Utilities and Public Works for the City of Seguin and former Director of Utilities and Public Works and Parks and Recreation Director for the City of Sunland Park, New Mexico.  Mark formerly filled the position of Office Manager at The Boling Law Firm PLLC from 1998 through 2019 when he decided to "retire" from the position and concentrate on the remodeling and maintenance of the building that was purchased by Mark and Anna Boling in 2017 and that is now the permanent home of The Boling Law Firm PLLC and the Hays County Mediation Center. Mark is also a trained master gardener and is a skilled furniture maker.
Janell L. Sproles is a graduate of Texas State University, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Public Administration and minor in Business Administration.  Ms. Sproles received her Paralegal Studies Certificate in December 2011, and is also a trained mediator. Ms. Sproles was also a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society 2009-2010 and has been a paralegal with The Boling Law Firm, PLLC since 2011.

Anna Martinez Boling is a graduate of Texas State University, cum laude, and St. Mary's University School of Law.  She has been practicing law since 1994.  Ms. Boling is a former Assistant District Attorney in El Paso County, Texas, a former Judge of the County Court at Law No. 1 of Hays County, Texas and is an experienced Trained Mediator.  Ms. Boling has practiced Family Law and Estate Planning for many years, and is founder of The Boling Law Firm, PLLC.
